"Character creation timed out" -- NutScript Error

Pretty much how the title explains it. I'm getting this error whenever I try and join my server after making a character. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it's not working. I BELIEVE I set up the SQL/config/thing for NutScript, but I could be so wrong. It's very annoying, especially since I think I've done it correctly, seeing as there's no blackscreen or errors in console aside from "Character creation timed out."
I've tried Googled it a couple times and have no results, nothing useful to really steer me one way or another. So I turn to you, oh glorious FP, to help me in my time of need.

So, er, help?
