I restarted Gmod , delete Gmod , install Gmod , cut down the computer . wrap it with wet rags on for 10 minutes to clear the cache , and prayed, but it did not help .

Try mat_viewportscale 1
Try enabled and then disabling all post processing effects, mainly the Overlay.
