Banned for 'rcon hacking'

I got banned from a server for being stupid enough to click a link that makes the server ban you for 'rcon hacking' (Link here, I'd suggest not to click on it unless you know what you're doing, that's just me though [url]http://po.st/lzTZswP[/url]). My question is how do I get unbanned?

i believe they auto unban after 10/60 minutes, something like that

The ban is permanent by default. You'll need to get in contact with an admin who has rcon/console priviliges to remove your ban. When you talk with the admin about your unban tell them to set sv_rcon_maxpacketbans to 0 to prevent people from banning themselves.
