There was an error creating the font! No text in menu/hud in game

I figured out the problem. [B]EVGA Precision x16[/B]. It's a load of crap. I already knew it crashed my games and messed up stuff in other games. I decided to test going in game with it on and off and guess what? [B]Game works perfectly with precision x16 off and all my text messes up if precision x16 is running.[/B] I'm trying to find a older release in the mean time but as long as it isn't running when you start your game you will be fine, for anyone else having this problem!

This same error happened to me some days ago, I can't remember what I did to solve it but I think I just deleted all the addons data and restarted the server so eveerything got fresh downloaded and I restarted the game.

I'm sorry I cannot help you a lot, I know this error is very annoying (It happened to my cinema server)

Just one last thing, when you uninstall gmod from steam deleting all local content, addons and gamemodes aren't deleted. Search for a tutorian in how to get a fresh gmod install.
