choppy camera movement? as in when you look around it chops badly? are you doing this in just a plain sandbox server with no people or props on it? or is it an actual effect?
yes its really choppy like camera movement, but when i stop my fps is normal for example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyRpE5uDV-c&list=UUiHRx85jVzgIJQRkEmYar1Q around 0:02 you can see that its really choppy and not smooth, and if i were to go into singleplayer it'd do the same thing. i've tried lowering settings but no effect its choppy camera movement, doesnt happen in singleplayer but if i go to multiplayer it happens and turning down settings give no effect to helping it, and if i go back to singleplayer after playing multiplayer it does it [editline]28th December 2014[/editline] I'll upload a better video so its more visible 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpaJvpzxLCg&feature=youtu.be , i can move really smoothly back and forth, but moving the camera around (looking left and right) is choppy. 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DSE6X9n2DQ&feature=youtu.be (most noticeable) as you can see in 1, moving around is smooth, but camera movement is really choppy looking, even in 2. in 2 its most noticeable along with 1.
bump
i do the same map in single player and nothing happens its not frame lag because when i have the fps counter frames never drop
bamp
What I want to know is why does this bother you so much? I get camera stutter on every new computer i get, but after a long awhile it goes away, so maybe updates for drivers fix stuff. I can't tell a solution, but choppy camera movement is what I get with every new pc. and it really shouldn't bother you that much.
