Server console spam related to the CSS server.dll?

Hi, I recently purchased a full on dedicated server but I am running into some really weird issue / annoyance. After around 10 - 12 hours of server up time the server console will just get spammed beyond belief with ".PAVcBaseEntity@@ thinking for x ms!!!". The server itself is never under a high load. The core on which the server runs is always below 50% usage. It also won't do it at all until it hits that 8 - 10 hour uptime mark. Just randomly it will start sporadically happening. From my understanding, it didn't use to do this on the shared game server I used to use unless the webconsole just hid it. I tried to find more information myself but the information on this is very limited.

I couldn't find the source of where it was coming from until I used Notepad++ file search and found this

I don't know if I am just being ignorant for assuming that is where it's coming from but it's the only information I can really find.
