• White glowing border

There is a white glowing border around every player model and object when I look directly at them. What is this?
It's so you know what you are looking at to manipulate objects isn't it?
Sorry let me be more specific. It's my TTT server. Everyone sees a glowing white border around nearly everything. I have no idea why.
