Garry's Mod Freeze and Crash "initializing serverside"

I recently got a new gaming rig Re downloaded Garry's Mod whit Steam, and now Garry's Mod doesn't want to work. The error happens on the facepunch startup when the blue bar reaches initializing serverside, it'll just Freeze and then does nothing the game crashes
Yes, I've bought the game, yes i've tried reinstalling

Please Help I need to play my Santos RP
