+use Command Being used - Help

Hey Guys so 4 weeks ago i started a thread asking for help and they basicly gave me an idea whats wrong but one thing still if its relly a addon doing this how would i find it? like i use .gmas as Addons cause i dont have time to actully go on each site and download it but now i tryed opening every file with gmad.exe (From the Gmod Bin Folder) it calls the folder when extracted the name as it was before (ds_1333337) So is there any way of finding out what addon causes this without extracting all of the gmas and checking them all cause the name is just like ds_2133213132 cause thats so slow Im sorry if this is in a wrong section but i dont relly know where else to post it
