When I open Gmod i get to the loading screen and the program just stops responding and never picks back up.

I've tried verifying game cache, reinstalling the game, steam, deleting Garrys Mod folder in steamapps/common, running as admin, running in compatibility mode. All to no avail. Please Help, thanks!
