The new update states that you can join friends's singleplayer servers so i do exactly what it tells me and host the server. As soon as my friend is done downloading my content he gets an error message saying "sorry, the game could not verify your friendship because it is not properly configured." This is a really strange error message but not only that there isnt a answer on the internet about this.

Thats a total of 40 addons and i have already removed all of my npc mods

Fixed it by removing some addons. You should do so too. Maybe not remove them, but disable them in batches until the error disappears. Like 5 addons per try or whatever.
If you can help us identify the problematic addon, we can take action against it to prevent anyone else from having to deal with these shitty addons. I'd consider first trying out map mods or "community" mods, mods that are "only supposed to be used on certain communities".
Yes so appently it was the npc mods which makes the npcs ai more smarter like inpc
