Whenever I try to join this server it gets stuck on connecting to server pls help.

When i try to join: [Axiom]First Order Serious RP It says connecting to sever with 2 little bars and nothing ever happens. In my console it just says retrying the ip over and over again. Ive checked my port forwards, scanned my pc, checked game cache... Anything helps, thanks
