Not [B]all[/B] servers have it installed.
It's client side. On all servers, even my own and my friends can still use it.
A weapon cannot be clientside. It has to be installed on a server before you can use it. I guess exceptions would be wiremod powered weapons, built with E2 or something.
But.. Then why doesnt i have the weapon when my friends have it?
I have tryed reinstalling it countless of times
They don't have it either. Not on ALL servers. Either they are lying or are only playing on a server with that particular addon installed. Or you have a misunderstanding about what weapon exactly you are talking about with your friends.

It's probably not the david crockett.
If the addon isnt on the server, clients cannot spawn it even if they have it.
If you seriously insist they have it and are using it, then a stretch is they blocked it from you via ranks
