So i used to play this darkRP server and i donated $70 and my friend donated $35, the day after that the server was "down for maintenance" It hasn't been up for 3 months and they haven't sent money back or anything and they just shut down the server and ignore my steam messages. Are they allowed to just take my money and shut down the server??
You donated it unconditionally, so, yes basically. It's a shitty thing for the server to do but it's not like anyone has control over this kind of thing; be more careful next time.
