So I noticed these weird circles lately that appear everywhere around crosshair no matter direction where I'm pointing. They are mostly noticeable on dark surfaces. They even appear while looking through camera.
And before you say - no, it's not a flashlight.
What is this? Graphical glitch? My GPU dying?

Type impulse 100 in console and if that doesn't work verify game cache.
