Most Of The Servers Do Not Appear In My Garry's Mod

So I've had this issue for around 3 months by now and I still haven't been able to fix it. Basically around 70% - 75% of my Garry's Mod servers are all gone, they just show their IP. I still got a couple of servers but very few, even all of my favorite servers shutdown and I had around 15 of them. I've tried disabling any antivirus software on my windows laptop. I've disabled firewall and windows antivirus. I've checked steam browser and no servers appear either. The servers do not appear only on Garry's Mod, I have the Valve Pack and all my other valve games seem to work fine when I use the server browser. I've seen many other people saying they've had the same problem in forums, discussions, youtube videos, etc. but it was years ago. If you could please help or know the solution that would be amazing, thank you.
