I am not asking how to join a server i am asking if you can i weld/modify something my friend spawned in if that is posible. Thx!
This is not a binary question.
It depends on the server you join and how they manage their permissions involving sandbox.
Most server however use FPP which will allow you to modify your friend's stuff if they are whitelisted.
