Ok so I just recently started having this problem and it seems to be after I changed some settings in my server.cfg. Basically what happens is my players either crash when downloading content or when they get to sending client info and they have to join like 3-4 times in order to get in the server. I will include my server.cfg below along with my workshop addons. I know I have a lot of workshop addons.

Fps max does nothing anymore. (I'll see if I can find the source, my proof is that I have it set at 0)
Have you tried reinstalling Garry's Mod?
