So, Gmod is taking up way more memory than it used to. I re-installed gmod, cleared cache, downloads, addons etc. and it still seems to be running slower. I also don't have any other intensive programs running in the background.

none atm. I deleted them all as well as unsubscribed from any that I had.
Post the same screenshot with "hl2.exe" subprocesses (click that arrow under "Name").
