Publishing addon error.

I'm trying to publish an addon to workshop,(my first one), I generated GMA File, it just shows an error saying:

(this can take a long time - it's actually uploading the files right now..)
PublishWorkshopFile failed! (24)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

Tried googling for the 2nd day now, no help. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Running as an adminstrator didn't work. I do have a trade/selling/buying ban, but I think it doesn't affect if I try to upload to workshop something.

I only read that there's like a restriction to new accounts, but not banned with the ban I have
