Not able to join a Specific Server.

Today, 9/3/2016, out of nowhere, I constantly crashed while in a Combine Control Server.
Soon enough, I wasn't able to join at all, crashing Me before I got to Send Client Info.

I also talked to [URL="http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198212125620/"]My Friend[/URL], and He said He had the same problem.
