Cannot connect to some servers / Cannot see them in the server list

so i have been playing multiplayer on multiple gamemodes, but when playing i have noticed that i see some servers online on gametracker but in game i don't see any of them, i have tried everything from "sv_lan 0", "heartbeat" "sv_region #", none of that worked, i tried messing around with my router's stuff, but none of that worked.

anyone experiencing the same thing or knows what to do then please reply.
