Server crashing due to crazy origin/crazy physics.

Hey, I run a small Sandbox server with about ten slots. After crashing so much, I decided to enable -condebug to see what was going on. Before every crash, I noticed this -

Or something along the lines of that. Any reason why it's doing this, and how I fix it?
