Lua Panic "Not Enough Memory" Issue

Ive been appearing to get Lua Panic "Not Enough Memory" I tried a lot to fix this but it never works

I tried heapsize

I tried autoconfig

I tried clearing memory used by task manager

I cleaned my addons

I reinstalled my game

I tried making gmod run compatible as Windows 7

(I verified my game cache from that)
