On, your command line,
You put:
start /wait srcds.exe -console +game terrortown +map gm_construct +max_players 16
It should be '+maxplayers' for your command line, not '+max_players'
Commandline got already fixed yesterday while testing on a Windows 7 system with success, it's a problem with Windows 10 or my computer is missing some system components. Can somebody ready the crashfile? BECAUSE I CAN'T! 😂
Yeah, but you need to upload the actual file rather than a bunch of characters that your text editor has tried to display. I've PM'd you a link you can upload the file directly to me with.

It looks like your install of SRCDS is trying to use an outdated version of the Steam API. Can you make sure that steam_api.dll exists in "C:\Server\Source\crazy TTT\bin"?
If you open the command prompt and enter "where steam_api.dll", you should get the following output:

steam_api.dll exists in the bin, but i don't have a clua about the "where steam_api.dll"-thingy

Tryed repairing the system dlls with a cmd command. Some of them were really broken, but I can't start the server anyway. Maybe I will repair Windows tomorrow but the media creator is not working :C
