I need help uploading a custom map to the gmod workshop (GMPU)

I really would appreciate if someone could please help me upload my map. I cant really make sense out of GMAD and GMpublish

The .bsp is not allowed by white list for some reason. can anyone help?

The folder is "maps", not "map".
