How to upldoad TTT server content in only one addon to the workshop?

hey guys, I am newbie in the dev servers, I would like to know how to upload your server content only in one addon in the workshop?
I didn't found some information about this, but I have seen many addons, where was server content, I know only one thing - for that i need workshopper. How i can do this? Help pls.
