T-Pose Models

So, the models I am using are T-posing then I go to use them when setting the model for a job, or if I'm setting the model for an NPC.
An example of what I used: models/player/portal/male_02_fireman.mdl - This is what came directly from Copying to Clipboard.

Where have I gone wrong, or what do I need to add / remove / change to fix it??
