[ADDON CREATION] Can't make an Icon (For Addons)

Since 5 days i released 2 addons , they works without problems , im working on a update but i can't add a icon for these addons , i made a simple icon.tga (64x64) but the icon (In game > Extentions) is invisible (White)

I tryed to put Long Range AI's Icon and it Works , but my icons don't works... i need help
