Problem when i start the server

I Have setup all the server but when i was to start it. The server crash and says this.

Using default binary: ./srcds_linux
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

Please help.

Im using ubuntu 16.04 x64
