Sorry for the shit post. Been working on a truck and trying to put the finishing touches on it... But the fucker won't drive. Everything is hooked up properly in wire + ACF, I've made countless other ACF vehicles so I don't know why this one is being a bitch. It uses Amplar's dirty suspension, so the wheels are spherical. All of the ball sockets are set and correct, and the suspension is completely fine.
NOTE: The E2 looks like a jumbled shitfuck, I haven't sat down and formatted or consolidated yet, so sorry for the eyesore. I appreciate any help.
SECOND NOTE: On another copy, I did manage to get it to drive, but barely. It was all super jumpy and buggy and would only move for maybe a second.

I'd say check your final drive and make sure it's set properly. If so, make sure your clutch is being set correctly. Also ensure you have your wheel ballsockets set correctly and that none of the wheels are locked to the frame or another wheel such that it wouldn't spin. Lastly, make sure you're using a gearbox that can handle your engine's torque and around 100 or now ft-lbs. Barring all these methods, it might just be more effective and less stressful to just remake the suspension and drivetrain entirely than debug it further. ACF, and really all of Gmod, is strange and glitchy like that sometimes.

Oh come on man, don't get banned right as I answer your question. Especially not for a dumb reason like double-posting in the wrong section...

I was a dumbass and posted in the General section. I deserved that ban. Then I got hit with 12 hour days here overseas so I had to focus on other things.
I tried everything you said. The issue with the truck not driving was I accidentally parented the diff, so I respawned it. Now it engages, but only drives somewhat smoothly in reverse. The forward gears are having a mental meltdown.
After that I said fuck it, completely remade a test chassis (dune buggy) and yet same problem. Everything is nocollided, and the E2 is structured similarly to the truck's E2. But obviously with different values.
And I've redone the ballsockets a million times, and the whole PA rope setup. Again, I used Amplar2's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uo4S3gPkYU). Here is my video of the latest catastrophe: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dheWVE-vyt4)
