I wanna play a server with a custom map but when i try to enter it appears missing textures, all the other people can play without problem, it's not CS:S because the creator of the map says that it uses custom materials not from CS:S, i tried to search into the downloaded files with GMAD but not appears a addon with materials, the creators says that it's because my gmod don't download the materials and the solution it's restart gmod or steam but isn't work for me

Well usually the materials are packed into the bsp itself, but since you can't see them, it leads me to believe that the materials are either hosted on a fastdl server or the workshop, what map is it? I would also suggest double checking that you have css installed and that it is actually mounted.
Yes, it's mounted, the map is an original map from the server 'baires_city', i have CS:S, all the other people can see the materials so, it's in fastdl
I realize that is a Workshop download problem, how can i solve this?
