From NFOServers. I already host a game server on here but would prefer an unmanaged VPS. Would this suffice for a GMOD Server with 15-20 players and around 200 addons? Gamemode is Sandbox.

An nfo vps is a scam. The clock speed can range from 1.6 GHz to 3.5 GHz, and they won't tell you.
NFO is a great GSP, but I don't recommend them for first time server owners. They are one of the most expensive in the industry. If you're gonna buy anything from them, it should be a full machine. I recommend a smaller host to start up with. 2gb of ram is honestly the minimum for a smaller server (20 players). You also need a very strong single core, as Source only utilizes one core and cannot use multiple cores to run.
Any server grade processor made after 2013 and at least 2-4gb of ram is recommended.

Alright, do you have any other suggestions? I just checked and the server never peaked over 1gb, at most using 800mb of ram
