• Shitbox or lag compensation or hit registration

Hi everybody ! For information i'm not a coder and I'm french (Please don't kill me grammar nazi) So i play every day on a french TTT server and the hitbox is absolutely barbaric... It's about when a player run if you shoot him in the head you can have a bug amout of blood on the wall, a beautiful mark on his face bat also a bug smile for being still alive.... but when a player don't move there is no probleme this is why lag compensastion and hit registration seem a better word instead of hitbox There is 2 principal french TTT server : 1 With a good hitbox and the other The 1st ban me because they think i cheat... So I play on the 2nd and i can't play with this... Default TTT weapons have improper prediction and lag compensation. Don't know what else you are asking for; your post is extremely vague. [editline]31st March 2017[/editline] And the post you linked above from the forerunner describes almost exactly what default lag compensation does internally, except it doesn't trust the client and instead just makes it appear smooth on their end.

I wan't to have the same fix for have a real hitbox like some server and maybe understand i little how it work
Could you at least mention the name of this addon so we know what to look out for? Code_gs base seems to be the best of both so far but it's not completely done yet.
