All shipments and weapons are visible to every job with gm.config.hideteamunbuyable false

So while trying to find out how to make every job visible whether or not you could become that job, I found that the setting gm.config.hideteamunbuyable false makes every job visible. However, it (for some reason) also makes every shipment and weapon visible to any job as well. Is there a way to get just the jobs visible and the shipments and weapons still hidden?
