Problems with spawning weapons from the XCF menu.

I have both the workshop and the github versions of xcf with the github version svn checked and at my addons folder without ACF but im unable to spawn anything from the xcf menu.
While the normal acf menu has the xcf weapons available they dont seem to be working properly or be parented to ammo boxes.

And for some reason current version is 9999
I did try to spawn from the xcf menu but nothing seems to be spawnable
