It is mostly window textures and what seems to be overlay texture that do not download from the server for some people it actually does. I am the server owner but one of my friends is experiencing this problem. Me and my other friends went through the download process and have no texture errors and my other friend is getting these texture errors. I am thinking some things don't follow download from the workshop? I have workshop.lua make them download our custom map and the content that are both made into separate workshop addons.

It looks a lot like the map has broken cubemaps and nothing to do with any content not downloading.
Cubemaps are generally packed into the map.
