How to only have certain workshop content download when joining a server?

Apparently it takes some people a while to download workshop content for my server. Is there a way I can make it only download content like the map and weapons and have the players download the other stuff if they want to?

Only AddWorkshop the content you want them to download, then link to a collection with the rest when they join the server.
