I got connected to a server in a singleplayer game?

So in a middle of a game in singleplayer I was just playing some half life 2 maps in Gmod but without no reason I was forcely connected to TitaniumRP without no reason. I didnt even knew that server even exist and for some reason I got connect for no reason? Even looking at the console it is saying it is trying to connect to that server based on the errors it was trying to connect.
