Anytime I load up Garry's Mod, it comes up with this screen which I can still scroll over the options and here the sound effects and click on them, but I can't see anything change at the screen stays this color no matter what I press or do. Any suggestions? I've already tried re-installing it and factory resetting it through the gmod files.
