Help I keep crashing when attempting to move in a gmod server called Attack On Titan

First I was playing a server called deathrow meth rp and I kept crashing when I press f4, I did all these things to fix it and then I reinstall the game gettin' a memory bug. I then wait two days before playin' and I get this bug. Please help.
