F4 menu help

Hi guys, I need help creating this f4 menu, can it anyone who has it, please help

If you're serious, you'll need the following elements:

[img]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/favicon.ico[/img] [URL="https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Category:DPanel"]Category:DPanel[/URL] -- This is for the panels within the categories. (You'd loop through a list of the available jobs and add from there)
[img]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/favicon.ico[/img] [url=https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Category:DModelPanel]Category:DModelPanel[/url] or [img]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/favicon.ico[/img] [url=https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Category:SpawnIcon]Category:SpawnIcon[/url] (SpawnIcon would probably be better for optimization sake)
And finally,

I'm the creator of this F4 menu. I made it for a server of mine a couple months back as you can see by the watermark in the top left hand corner. Lol.
