Game crashing to desktop, Lua Panics and more

I reinstalled Garrys mod and when i joined the RP server i normally play on it crashes a minute or two after being in the server. But now i cant even get into the server. It crashes during the connection.
I have tried several fixes including "-dxlevel##", reinstalling Gmod, reinstall steam, unsubscribing from all workshop items, verifying files, etc. I am running out of ideas or solutions on what to do. Even when not connecting to the server the game crashes after a couple minutes in single player.
