Garry's Mod Workshop (Addons not downloading)

When downloading addons I am getting
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Cancelling workshop download.. too slow.. maybe stuck? Try again later.
I have tried refreshing the download cache, changing download locations, factory resetting Garry's Mod, and completely turning off my firework.
I can get the addon to download if I sub -> unsub a couple of times, then I have to unsub -> sub to get it to mount.

Unfortunately, it's a Steam workshop issue - it will randomly work again in a month or so.
