Emergency Lights on Cars

Hello,

is there a way you can have emergency lights on Cars (Sgt. Sickness Cars or similiar)?
I'm trying to make a small machinima, but my Wire Lights with Random-Chip won't look good.

I'm not sure if you're looking for lua or Wiremod, but I essentially did that thing on one of my cars.

It's basically just wire lights pulsing between certain milliseconds.
This tutorial is pretty much the same as the system I use.

Well, I think everyone knows the gamemode PERP. How did they do the lights there?

The lights with the pulse thing are OK but they don't look that good.
