Gmod Gamemode: PERP - Garry's Mod

I come where with a question, the question is: When you buy a house in perp, the house is yours but when you retry in the server the house go back for sale, is there a way to buy a house and the onwer keep it atill he sells it? P.S. I am asking becase i gonna build a server...

Of course there is, with experience in LUA you can make the cars fly and spit out zombie corpses that are on fire while blaring Vietnam war era classics. Thats the thing though, you need to know how to manipulate LUA.

What material will you use to build this server? I prefer brick, but it's my opinion.

Well i gonna use The gamemode prep, ULX and some prep addons (like new wearpons)

Use an admin mod called brick, like conco said. Or look into LogCabin it's a good option as well.

Just gonna say. If you set your RCON password to lol. Your server will get lots of traffic. Go with the brick admin mod. Make sure everyone spawns with an ak-47. This will stop RDM. Add rockets onto the cars

A great trick that worked in most of my servers is to force-set everyone's fps_max to 3, while spamming zoosk advertisements and opening their CD drives. It provides a really legit experience and an overall feeling of a professionalism.
