Hi, for some reason, my Garry's mod is very slow, and I have seen that other people are having the same problem, too. Is there any way that i might be able to speed up Garry's mod's FPS, or giving it the highest FPS possible? it it possible AT ALL???, if you find an answer, it would be very kind of you to tell me and maybe everyone else. Oh and here are my Specs:

I have been having a slow FPS too when I build not-so-big things (in single player).
For example I like building boats, but when I try to make a boat that is big (not gigantic just not a yacht) the game starts to slow down when I get near it.
I think that Gmod needs a performance update.
Your lacking ram and processing speed, but what you have should still run it fairly smoothly. Use minimal video settings and as few addons as you can.
It's the graphics card. You need a new one.
What graphics card do you recommend?
The RAM is good, but the graphics are pretty bad.
Try to get at least NVIDIA 7700.
7700? Does that even exist?
I'd go for an 7600GT.
