I was just wondering if there is any way to make the citizens wear shorts or have sleeveless shirts and such. Also, I don't know if it is possible to make the male models not have a shirt. Please tell me how I can do so or what I have to do.

But really more like on the beach kind of thing.
They have a skin for refugees so they wear normal clothes (goto [url]www.garrysmod.org[/url] and search refugee skin).

Well, I was just wondering how to make my own skins execpt that they won't have sleeves.
A change in clothing is usually just done through skinning, unless you want something major (like a hat)

This is also something I wanted to do, but how do I make their elbows appear as well as their knees for the citizens? Like wearing shorts or a bathing suit.
