So I get the above error whenever I've generated about 60 spawn icons and it's always the same error. What did I break?
Specs:
Intel E6300 at 1.86ghz
2GB DDR2 at 800mhz
Radeon X1950XT
XP SP3
All latest drivers of course.

Note that I [b]think[/b] it's lifesupport's fault.
I got it all the time on my old XP install, not anymore on 7. But, an answer would be interesting.
Hey I suppose I half-fixed the problem by starting up gmod and generating as many spawn icons as I could before it crashed, rinsing, and repeating.
