whenever i make a multyplayer game it drops me from the server right before it starts and i get this message

VAC secure mode is activated.
INIParser:new - File stargate/gatespawner_maps/gm_botmap_v3.ini does not exist!
pls halp me, idk what the problem is, could it be assmod?
